1) Protective coating for LED integrated Light
This issue is directly related to corrosion protection of the LED integrated that the pole is manufactured. Smaller posts, such as mini goal posts or decorative posts can be made of aluminum. Furthermore, the use of this material solves the rust issue.
However for larger poles, above 3 meters, the use of aluminum does not indicate, due to material strength and costs.
Larger poles come from steel tubes because they are stronger and cheaper than aluminum, however steel will rust when exposed to the weather.
The solution for this is to use coating processes that protect the steel against corrosion, ensuring its useful life and the structural safety of the pole. There are 2 galvanizing processes that prevent the posts from rusting.

4) Type of LED integrated attachment
SET: LED integrated light is very easy to install. In this fixation model a part of the post is inside the ground. You need to make a hole in the ground, which is usually dirt or sand.
FLANGERED: can also be called pole with base. In this fixation model, the post is manufactured with a structural base. This base has special holes to allow the post to be anchored into the ground. Furthermore, for posts up to 3 meters high, the fixing is made directly to the floor, in concrete or asphalt.
For a post with more than 3 meters in height, it is necessary to make a concrete box to adequately support the post. The measurements and thickness of the base material are proportional to the height of the pole and the amount of light fixtures it will support.
